DATA COLLECTED

The Manifest369 App is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data necessary for the App's functionality:

• Daily Completion Status: We store only whether or not you completed your Manifestation practice each day. This data is used solely to track your daily progress and provide you with completion statistics.

• Content Not Stored: We do not store, collect, or transmit any of the content you enter during your Manifestation practice. This includes:

- The text you write in Step 1 (3 times)

- The text you write in Step 2 (6 times)

- The text you write in Step 3 (9 times)

• Device Information: The App may collect basic device information necessary for functionality, such as device type and operating system version, which is standard for mobile applications.

• Subscription Information: If you purchase a Premium subscription, payment information is processed through Apple's App Store, and we do not have access to your payment details.

USE OF DATA

The limited data we collect is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• To track your daily Manifestation completion status

• To provide you with progress statistics and completion history

• To enable Premium features such as tracking and reminders

• To improve the App's functionality and user experience

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or any other commercial purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

WHERE YOUR DATA IS STORED

Your daily completion tracking data is stored locally on your device. This means:

• Your data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers

• Your Manifestation content is never stored, either locally or remotely

• If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be removed

We do not maintain any central database of user data or content.

PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION

We take the security of your information seriously:

• Data is stored locally on your device using standard iOS security measures

• We do not transmit your Manifestation content over the internet

• We implement appropriate technical measures to protect any data we do collect

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

EXTERNAL SERVICES

The App may use the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: For processing Premium subscription payments. Apple's privacy policy applies to payment transactions.

• Apple iCloud: If you enable iCloud backup, your device data may be backed up to iCloud according to Apple's terms and privacy policy.

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or data brokers. We do not share your data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: You can view your completion tracking data within the App

• Deletion: You can delete all your data by uninstalling the App from your device

• No Account Required: Since we don't require account registration, you maintain full control over your data
